Brief Description of Research Interest:

The theme of my work focuses on lifestyle interventions to improve metabolic health. Understanding the effects of fasting, exercise, and dietary interventions on glycemic control, ketone production, and biomarkers of appetite and inflammation in the realm of health promotion are of particular interest. The challenge of implementing a suitable experimental design, including the control of appropriate variables, has proven challenging and rewarding.
